Pet Policy?

- Pet deposit under review ( zero tolerance for aggressive pets.)
Is there any form of security?
There are many HD cameras placed throughout the complex for added security.
What if Maintenance is needed outside the unit?
Fill out a Maintenance Request Form which can be found outside maintenance shed and in the Owners section of the website. (Print, fill out)
How is the Association operated?
NLL is run by a board of owners who volunteer their time & effort. These Board members are elected by the other owners at an annual meeting. Board members serve 2 years.
